After successfully brokering the lease for West Elm, which was the first national retailer to locate north of Calhoun on King Street, Patrick Price went on to broker a successful agreement to place Free People, part of the Urban Outfitters brand, in a location on Upper King Street. Free People's King Street location is one of the retailer's top performing stores in the nation.

Patrick represented the landlord in this transaction and was integral in coordinating tenant’s upfit between landlord and tenant. Prior to this lease, a tenant had occupied the entire building. For optimal marketability, the four floors were divided up and Patrick successfully leased all floors to retail and office space for his client.
